We are seeking a highly skilled Central Planning Expert to join our Central Planning Team in the Thames Valley region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert planning consultancy advice to colleagues and clients and playing a key role in promoting strategic land, housebuilder proposals, and other projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong verbal, numerical, and report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert planning consultancy advice to colleagues and clients
- Playing a key role in promoting strategic land, housebuilder proposals, and other projects
- Attending and reporting to clients at regular project meetings
Requirements:
- A team player with leadership potential and excellent interpersonal skills
- MRICS / MRTPI qualification and experience in a similar role (preferably 3-6 years)
- Full driving license and access to own car for day-to-day business requirements
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Reading or Oxford offices
