Centre Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Administrator to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring effective communication among team members, and maintaining accurate records. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills and experience in centre administration.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate centre administration, including creating and sharing weekly rotas, managing email inboxes, and taking minutes at formal meetings
• Ensure all airport transfers are organized and that meet and greet teams are scheduled to receive arriving students
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Collaborate with academic teams to complete administrative tasks, such as observation paperwork and student reports
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons, adhering to BSC Young Learners Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in centre administration and team leadership
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Enhanced DBS clearance and willingness to undergo further checks
• Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office, email, and database management
• £556 per week salary (dependent on qualifications, experience, and centre size)
