Key Responsibilities:
This senior-level position involves overseeing 1st line IT support staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and communication are maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-line and desk-side support, as well as managing logistics, prepping, and deploying devices for exams. Additionally, they will ensure that exams requiring IT services are appropriately supported and manage boarding house e-boards, cloud phones, and video libraries. Other responsibilities include assisting with network troubleshooting and projects, monitoring helpdesk systems, maintaining intranet pages, and managing operating systems.

Requirements:
We seek a dynamic and innovative individual with previous experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of IT systems infrastructure, general user applications, client systems configuration, and printer hardware and support. A working knowledge of SCCM and Active Directory (Premise and Azure) is essential, along with an understanding of MS Office 365 and Windows 10 or later operation systems.
