About the Job:

A Supervisor role at Savers in Oxford offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of the store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and implement effective strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of store appearance and product presentation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • A passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enhance your performance and that of your team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
