Job Description: Building Services Technician

We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team in the Oxford Centre. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake all aspects of snagging work and take on small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strip out for a refit
  2. Taking on small works for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tiling, and Plastering
  3. Working Monday to Friday and Saturdays if desired

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Asbestos Awareness (preferred but not essential)
  • Must have own tools

Salary: £20.50 per hour

Location: Oxford Centre
