Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage records and documents related to maintenance activities.
  • Support project planning by coordinating meetings and managing documentation.
  • Assist with health and safety training, PPE orders, and risk assessments.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives by tracking energy data and supporting related plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers through excellent communication skills.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in facilities management.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
