We are looking for a Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join our publishing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics for editorial board meetings and ensuring the smooth running of our journals.

  • Coordinate logistics for off-site and online Editorial Board Meetings, including invitations, booking locations, and facilities for attendees.
  • Gather data, information, and facts by using existing reports to build analyses for publishers to use in proposals, reports, editorial appointments, and meetings.
  • Take ownership of interesting and varied administration tasks to support the publisher in the smooth running and success of our journals.
  • Manage various systems to ensure that data is up to date and accurate.
  • Be data literate and have an analytical mindset with skills to manage data and derive insights.
  • Be able to gather data for analysis from several sources and systems and present in a clear and readable format.
  • Have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver projects that help make a difference.

**Compensation Package:**

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year (estimated salary based on industry standards)
