Facilities Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Operations Director to join our pioneering team in Oxford. As a key member, you will oversee facility operations, manage health and safety protocols, and drive regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of ONI's Oxford facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, security, and contractor management.
- Oversee facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and supplier contract negotiation.
- Develop and manage emergency response plans, including drills and training for staff.
- Maintain and manage ONI asset register in line with ONI requirements.
- Own asset calibration schedule, ensuring equipment performing in line with ONI requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programmes and policies in alignment with ONI's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Management of ONI recycling and waste management processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance documentation, and maintenance schedules; prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
