At Concept Technical, we are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to fill the role of Facility Operations Coordinator. This key position will support our facility management operations in Oxford, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities for our clients.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of GBP25,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be accountable for all administrative activities for assigned clients, including planning and allocation of tasks to technical teams, contractors, and engineers. They will also be responsible for monitoring active jobs, updating the CAFM system, and preparing operational data for client reports.

  • Prioritize work effectively to meet business requirements with demonstrable planning and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We are looking for someone who can provide excellent cover for Front of House at client sites as required, working shifts between 0700 and 1900, Monday to Friday.
