The ideal candidate will lead and manage a hygiene team across the site, driving the development of a robust cleanliness culture with potential for standardization across the group.

This exciting opportunity offers a salary up to £60,000 plus comprehensive benefits package including pension and private healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee daily cleanliness functions and foster a strong team ethos.
  • To ensure training records and risk assessments are prepared for hygienic maintenance tasks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, adhering to standards outlined in the SHE policy.
  • To receive and incorporate COSSH data into schedules as necessary.
  • Ensuring factory Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) while maintaining a clean and tidy facility, audit-ready at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in cleanliness management/supervisory roles.
  • Listeria awareness essential.
  • HACCP/Food Safety/IOSH qualifications desirable.
