About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Head Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Manpower Uk Ltd in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing operational processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for our staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities management, preferably with a background in asset management and procurement. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement operational processes and procedures to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
  • A generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year, plus bank holidays.
