About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing and distributing post efficiently and accurately
  • Setting up meeting rooms and equipment for seminars and events
  • Assisting staff and partners with any facilities-related queries
  • Ensuring high-quality scanning of documents and materials
  • Maintaining accurate records across our systems
  • Acting as a professional representative of the firm with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar facilities role, preferably within professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • IT literacy and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Effective communication skills for working with stakeholders
