About the Position:

The Part Time Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Brasenose College. This is a part-time permanent position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.

Main Duties:
  • Managing cleaning schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities and reporting any issues to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.


Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Possession of essential physical qualities, including strength and mobility.
  • Experience in facility management or cleaning services.
