Facilities Coordinator

The Centre in Oxford is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to lead its maintenance operations. As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience in estates and/or building management of similar sized institutions.
With good knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices, you will be responsible for managing a team of three Maintenance Technicians.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £38,500 per annum, considering the location and the job requirements.
