Job Title: Facilities Management Lead

TREVETT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing facilities management strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company, with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in developing and implementing facilities management strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies, aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
