About the Role

The Operations and Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a multifaceted professional, this position provides administrative and operational support to the Site Operations Manager.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, partnering with colleagues across various departments, implementing changes as needed, coordinating shipping, managing SharePoint sites, and assisting with local recruitment processes.

Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a project coordinator/administrative assistant/office manager capacity.
  • Essential IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel and event management experience.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive salary package that includes a competitive annual salary of $72,000 - $92,000 per year, along with bonus and benefits opportunities.
