Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report, overseeing administrative procedures and processes, assisting with budget preparation and control, if required, acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources, and preparing routine correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
  • Preparing routine correspondence

Requirements:

  • Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £9.90 per hour (£99 per day), estimated annual salary approximately £19,656 based on 30 hours per week, assuming 52 weeks per year.
