Senior Administration and Governance Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administration and Governance Coordinator to join our team at the University of Oxford.
This 9-month maternity cover role would be highly suitable for someone with experience in university governance, projects, and administration looking to develop their skills further.
About the Role
- You will be a member of the planning & projects team within the Social Sciences Divisional Office, reporting to the Senior Planning and Projects Manager.
- You will support the wider Planning and Projects team, including the strategic Head of the team, by coordinating and disseminating senior committee papers for our Divisional Board and Planning and Resources Committee.
- You will also assist with project administration and diary management duties.
About You
- You will provide outstanding professional support while building and maintaining effective working relationships with senior academic and administrative staff in departments and the wider University.
- You will work collaboratively, showing initiative in projects, exercising sound judgement and discretion, and handling a demanding and varied workload.
- You will be able to manage your time effectively, prioritise your work efficiently, and respond positively to new challenges.
