Administrative Assistant and Prosthetic Product Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Opcare Limited, a well-established provider of prosthetic and orthotic services, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Prosthetic Product Coordinator to support their team in Oxford.

In this role, you will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will help manage prosthetic product inventory, ensuring timely delivery to clients and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Prosthetists and Technicians to schedule appointments and deliver products.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, orders, and inventory levels.
  • Assist with ordering and stocking prosthetic products, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient queries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
