We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator and Stock Controller to join our dynamic team in Oxford.
This is a key role that will significantly impact the lives of amputees by managing appointments, communicating clearly with patients, and assisting with stock levels and prosthetic product management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Prosthetic Orders: Process orders for Central Purchasing, raise orders, and forward them for processing.
- Order Processing and Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of orthotic orders to the NHS workshop and manage delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Colleagues: Communicate effectively with Prosthetists, Technicians, Central Purchasing, and other company staff.
- Stock Management: Conduct weekly stock checks, record patient orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Diary Management: Organize and update the team's diary as necessary.
Requirements:
- Admin Experience: Experience in an admin role is desirable but not essential.
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word packages is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.
- Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths are mandatory.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

- Holiday Allowance: Incremental holiday allowance up to 38 days, inclusive of bank holidays.
- Bonus Leave: Bonus annual leave days for specified life events.
