Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator and Stock Controller to join our dynamic team in Oxford.

This is a key role that will significantly impact the lives of amputees by managing appointments, communicating clearly with patients, and assisting with stock levels and prosthetic product management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Prosthetic Orders: Process orders for Central Purchasing, raise orders, and forward them for processing.
  • Order Processing and Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of orthotic orders to the NHS workshop and manage delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with Colleagues: Communicate effectively with Prosthetists, Technicians, Central Purchasing, and other company staff.
  • Stock Management: Conduct weekly stock checks, record patient orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Diary Management: Organize and update the team's diary as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Admin Experience: Experience in an admin role is desirable but not essential.
  • Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word packages is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.
  • Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths are mandatory.
