About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Sarcoma Administrative Team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective clinical administration services to our department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Print, scan, and upload documents into our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
  • Book appointments and check patients in/out.
  • Coordinate general clinics for our clinical team.
  • Manage incoming post and phone calls, providing administrative support to patients, staff, and external organizations.

Requirements

  • ECDL or other IT qualifications.
  • Good general level of education (e.g., 5 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent).
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work with good timekeeping skills.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
