We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Innovation Space Careers.

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate the client experience and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, resolving issues and improving processes.

Oxford Innovation Space Careers operates a network of centres providing flexible office, workshop and laboratory space and business support services to companies throughout the UK. We now manage over thirty centres across the UK for public and private sector clients, supporting nearly 1000 exciting, innovative and growing companies.

The salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You'll be working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and development. You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritise tasks and provide excellent customer service.

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience, from initial contact to ongoing support. You'll also need to be happy working in a team or on your own and have excellent communication skills.
