Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative assistant to join our team in Oxford. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the reception, phones, and general front entrance area to maintain a welcoming environment
  2. Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations, including ordering supplies
  3. Provide administration support and monitor CCTV systems
  4. Ensure compliance with student safeguarding regulations
  5. Assist with events, meetings, functions, and tours to enhance the overall experience

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be personable, and able to learn quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong planning and coordination skills.

Location and Working Hours:

Oxford location with no on-site parking. Hours are 1:30-7:30pm, Monday to Friday, five days a week.

Salary: £22,200 - £27,000 per annum.
