Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Oxford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of our students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategies to help students with SEN access the curriculum and achieve academic success.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and welcoming school environment.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
