**Job Role:** Student Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Matthew Arnold School. As a Student Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote student wellbeing and academic success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver programmes to promote student wellbeing and resilience
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to promote student wellbeing

**Requirements:

  • Post-graduate Diploma or Master's degree in Counselling or Psychotherapy
  • Accreditation to a governing body such as the BACP or UKCP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
