About Our Team

At CV-Library, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests. We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. This includes greeting guests warmly, helping them settle in, and serving and assisting at events.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to delivering world-class service to visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly and help them settle in.
  2. Serve and assist at events.
  3. Liaise with the Estate & House Manager regarding maintenance and general upkeep tasks.
  4. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.
