Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events, including conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinating with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

In addition, you will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner, using Hotel's telephone etiquette guidelines.
  • Handle guest complaints and comments efficiently and tactfully.
  • Follow up with in-house events to ensure ongoing service to guests.
  • Up-sell and promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
