About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Management professional to join our team as a Conference and Events Coordinator. This prestigious role offers the chance to deliver exceptional events and experiences in stunning surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events, including weddings, conferences, and other special occasions
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS from around the world, crafting unforgettable experiences across multiple historic venues
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure flawless execution and put your stamp on every event
Requirements
  • Proven experience in conference and events management with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
