Job Overview:
GAP Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Events Division, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of major events contracts worth over £100k. This involves the installation and recovery of GAP products within the outdoor event market according to strict deadlines and within budget.

About the Role:
As an Event Project Manager at GAP Group LTD, you will take control of directing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to ensure effective project delivery. You will frequently travel and overnight stay throughout the UK as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on major projects within the events/hire industry.
  • Possess a strong technical knowledge of events equipment such as trackway, barriers, fencing, and flooring.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to think on their feet and problem-solve independently.
  • Driving License (essential).

What We Offer:
You will enjoy a competitive salary and bonus scheme, estimated at approximately £45,000-£60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
