Reports to: Rise Community Events Manager
We are seeking a highly organized Community Events and Travel Coordinator to join the Rhodes Trust, Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will provide logistics support for events and travel initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experience for participants.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for coordinating event planning, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in event planning and coordination, while contributing to the success of the Rhodes Trust.
