Event Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Event Coordination Manager within our hospitality team.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and events co-ordination within the hospitality industry, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales team to achieve their targets and maximise the potential of the venue.
- Support with the ongoing training and development of new and current sales team members.
- Assist with hosting events during busy seasonal times.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role within the hospitality/events industry.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
