Job Description

The Rhodes Trust seeks a Community Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of the 2025 Rise Residential Summit. The successful candidate will provide logistics assistance, coordinate international travel and visas, and collaborate with vendors/contractors to ensure a positive event experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event logistics, including visa and travel arrangements for 100+ Winners
  • Assist with health and safety documentation, risk assessments, and run of show documents
  • Communicate with vendors, demonstrating strong administration skills
  • Play a key role in shaping the experience for Winners, assisting with daily mass communication and program updates

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract from mid-January until end of August 2025. The salary is approximately £30,000 (pro rata), offering a competitive package with 30 days annual leave, pension scheme, family leave schemes, private health insurance, and personal development opportunities.
