Community Engagement and Travel Assistant

The Event Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in shaping the experience for Winners at the Rise Residential Summit. You will assist with daily mass communication and program updates, ensuring that all logistical and pastoral aspects of the event are aligned.
You will work closely with the Learning & Impact team and the Support Services team to ensure the successful implementation of the logistics plan. This includes attending the Rise Residential Summit (August 1st - 14th 2025) and playing a key role in shaping the experience for Winners.
A deep commitment to the values, ethos and mission of The Rhodes Trust is essential. The successful candidate will have enthusiasm and desire for collaboration, experience working with young people and knowledge of safeguarding essentials, and experience coordinating international travel and visas.
