About the Role

Job Title: Rise Community Engagement Assistant

Location: Rhodes House in central Oxford, hybrid working

Contract: Fixed-term, mid-January until end of August 2025

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 (pro rata)

Reports to: Rise Community Events Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rise Community Engagement Assistant. This role will involve providing logistical support for events and travel initiatives, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating event planning, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in event planning and coordination, while making a meaningful contribution to the Rhodes Trust.
