Job Title: Communications and Engagement Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Communications and Engagement Director to lead our communications team and develop strategic communications plans to drive engagement and impact across our program objectives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Uptake workstream within the Corporate Performance program and other teams to build the organization's profile, brand, and messaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, communications, and stakeholder engagement, as well as experience in strategic communications, advocacy, engagement, partnership working, and creating, delivering, and evaluating communications plans. They will also possess excellent writing, planning, and decision-making skills.

This is a permanent position based in Oxford with flexible home working options. The salary for this role is £52,000 per annum.

About the Role

This role will involve developing and implementing strategic communications plans to drive engagement and impact across our program objectives. You will also be responsible for leading all aspects of public relations, including press, media, events, promotion, and publicity.
