About the Role

BLUE Communications is seeking a talented People Operations Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. You will work closely with the Management Board to ensure the company is both statutorily compliant and leading the field in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a diverse workload, prioritising responsibilities, and dealing professionally with employees and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Working closely with the Management Board to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Leading the relationship with external HR Consultants
  • Developing training modules for different roles within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to effectively prioritise responsibilities
  • A willingness to work hard and 'roll their sleeves up'
  • 4 or 5 days per week options
  • Experience of managing a diverse workload and managing own deadlines
  • A career history of dealing professionally with employees and reporting into management teams

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Location: Oxford / London (hybrid working arrangement)
