Customer Experience Lead

Intelligent People is looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner/Product Manager to drive our product strategy and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy, prioritizing user experience, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Prioritize features and functionality based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products.
- Own the product backlog and work closely with the development team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in product management and delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing a product.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
