Job Title: Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team at John Lewis & Partners in Oxford.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategies that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • To lead and manage a team of customer-facing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
  • To work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering business results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
