Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Leisure Centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer safety and enjoyment at all times
- Guide, care for, and assist customers with their needs
- Foster a friendly and efficient working relationship with customers
- Work as part of a team to achieve objectives and usage targets
- Innovate ideas to increase usage of the Leisure Centre
- Maintain facilities to the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort
- Assist with facility control and security
- Undertake additional duties as required
- Portray a positive image of the Leisure Centre
- Good general education
- Desire to achieve a leisure management qualification
- Ability to work additional hours when required
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Annual Leave: 28 days' paid annual leave per year
- Pension: Available
