Customer Experience Specialist

Compass UK & Ireland Careers is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team environment. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to university clients on a permanent casual basis.
You will take initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and looking after our guests, serving customers, and being knowledgeable about our menu.
We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to exclusive events. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating a positive customer experience, we would love to hear from you.
