The Role Overview

We're seeking a career-oriented individual with a strong track record of success and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. If you're driven to work with software and have a customer-centric approach, this job is for you.

Key responsibilities include advising end users on best practices when using Veeva's applications, identifying and resolving client issues associated with Veeva's applications, building strong relationships with all users of Veeva's applications, providing recommendations/feedback on client service improvements and product development, and maintaining high standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism.

Requirements
  • 1+ years relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a secondary language
