Key Responsibilities

As a Nursing Director - Community, you will be responsible for working closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain comprehensive packages of care. Your duties will include delivering nursing interventions, managing medicine delivery, and providing ongoing monitoring and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.

Our company offers a competitive salary package, including approximately £45,000 per annum, based on a 35-40 hour working week. In addition, you will receive a car allowance of around £3,000 per year, flexible working arrangements, and access to an excellent learning and development programme.
