About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our luxury nursing home in Oxford. As Executive in Charge, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Lead and manage the team to deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  2. Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive culture among staff, promoting collaboration and driving continuous improvements.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  4. Financial and Resource Management: Oversee financials, staffing, and resources to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, striving for top-tier ratings.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Home Manager is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • A deep understanding of CQC regulations and commitment to quality care.
