About the Role
The Public Fellowship Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic outreach strategy, focusing on designing and rolling out a self-sustaining outreach framework across all 25 Rhodes constituencies. This will involve playing a leading role in the development and delivery of the outreach strategy, centrally managing and coordinating the Trust's Outreach Ambassadors Programme, and managing the Trust's outreach work and team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy, aligned with the Trust's mission and goals.
2. Recruit and manage a team of outreach ambassadors, providing them with training and support to effectively promote the Trust's activities.
3. Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator and Data Analyst to gather and analyse data, informing the development of targeted outreach initiatives.
4. Collaborate with National and Deputy Secretaries and their administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination across the Trust's network.

Requirements:
1. A degree in a relevant field, such as education, marketing, or communications.
2. Proven experience in outreach and engagement, preferably in a higher education setting.
3. Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
