We aim to diversify our portfolio and open new services in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire while continuing to develop new initiatives in Oxfordshire.

The Role of a Trustee

We seek three Trustees with expertise in Social or Supported Housing, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Mental Health. As a Trustee, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and contributing to effective delivery. Your genuine interest in our Mission, Values, and Strategic Goals is essential, along with an understanding of compliance, risk management, and process control.

Investing Time and Expertise

We require a suitable amount of time from each Trustee, approximately 6 hours per month, although this can be flexible. If you're unable to commit to this timeframe, we'd still like to discuss how your skills can contribute to our organization.
