Early Years Leader

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Leader to join our team at Hadland Care Group. This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of care and attention to the needs of pre-school children.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in a nursery setting, overseeing the care and development of pre-school children. This includes planning and preparing activities to meet individual children's needs, utilizing play and interactive activities to develop language, vocabulary, scientific, and mathematical concepts, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Children Act 2006, Health and Safety Legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
- Work as part of a team for the benefit of the nursery and children.
- Care for and supervise pre-school key children, meeting their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
- Liaise with parents to ensure effective communication within the nursery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification and GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent. They must also obtain a clear DBS. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
