Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support based on students' unique needs and abilities
* Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching strategies and assessments
* Monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teachers Status (EYTS), or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
