Care Professional Leader

Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for delivering high standards of care? Do you have the leadership skills to make a real difference in people's lives? As a Care Professional Leader in our Oxford catchment area, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting.

We are seeking a talented individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and has a proven track record in developing and implementing care plans. If you possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and have a supportive management style, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic and have a full UK driving licence for client visits. Our competitive salary package includes up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £3,000 car allowance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Thorough assessments and implementing personalised care plans
  • Inducting support workers and supervising team members
  • Spot checks and risk management
  • Attending meetings with ICBs and clients
  • Providing regular reports and updates
