Health and Social Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Health and Social Care Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services across our ExtraCare schemes.

You will manage a team of supervisors and care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. This includes managing multiple ExtraCare schemes, focusing on safe care delivery, accurate care plans, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple ExtraCare schemes, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead a team of supervisors and care staff, focusing on safe care delivery and accurate care plans.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners, including HR, Recruitment Advisor, and Quality Managers.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in managing a CQC-regulated care service, such as Domiciliary Care, ExtraCare, or a Care Home.
  • Registered Manager experience is beneficial, but this role may also suit an experienced Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager with a good understanding of KLOEs.
  • Qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or willing to work towards).
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £67,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
