Job Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Care Manager in the Highfield unit Adolescent ward. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff while managing a small team of Housekeeping staff.


Main Responsibilities


This position involves:



  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Managing a small team of Housekeeping staff.
  • Ordering supplies through the Trust E-ordering system.
  • Managing team rotas and supervising staff.
  • Providing staff training and induction.
  • Necessitating IT skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A good general education.
  • NVQ level 3 relevant certificate or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible working.
